Chloe Wise received her BFA from Concordia University. Wise’s practice spans diverse media including painting, sculpture, video, and installation. The artist has been the subject of numerous solo exhibitions worldwide, including In the Loveliness of Perfect Deeds (Blouin Division, Montreal, 2022); Spite Unseen (Galerie Sébastien Bertrand, Geneva, 2022); Thank You For The Nice Fire (Almine Rech, New York, 2021); Chloe Wise (Heart Herning Museum of Contemporary Art, Herning, Denmark, 2019). Her work has been featured in institutional group exhibitions organized by the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (Los Angeles, 2022); The Andy Warhol Museum (Philadelphia, 2021); The G Museum (Nanjing, China, 2020); Zabludowicz Collection (London, 2019) and at galleries including Kasmin Gallery (New York, 2021); König Galerie (Berlin, 2021); Blum & Poe (Los Angeles, 2020); David Zwirner (New York, 2020); Gagosian (New York, 2019). Recently, Wise presented a multi-media installation created for Parcours, Art Basel at Martinskirche, Basel’s oldest parish. The artist is the subject of two monographs,Second Nature (2021) and Chloe Wise (2016).
